This website is owned and operated by Nitin Farkya (Nitin Farkya). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nitin Farkya and User refers to “You”.

Nitin Farkya offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site and app, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Nitin Farkya is permitted/ authorized to provide Products and Services by various regulators, authorities and other entities subject to various terms and conditions, rules, regulations, code of conduct, standard operating procedures, guidelines, directions and instructions as issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), Protean eGov Technologies Ltd. (formerly NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd.), National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI), Indian Bank’s Association (IBA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFDRA), Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), NSDL Payments Bank Limited (NSDLPB), Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) and other authorities in this regard, from time to time. All such terms and conditions, rules, regulations, code of conduct, standard operating procedures, guidelines, directions and instructions including those issued by Nitin Farkya in this regard and any amendments made thereof from time to time shall be mutatis mutandis binding on the User.

The details of the relevant rules, regulations etc. along with scope of work associated with the Products and Services are agreed to by the User. Nitin Farkya reserves the right to amend / modify and / or delete any clause of the obligations part at its sole discretion.

Any new features or tools which are added shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. The most current version of the Terms of Service is available on this page. Nitin Farkya reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Nitin Farkya is continuously improving basis the feedbacks and user experiences in order to provide the best possible experience and information. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without any prior notice. As part of this continuing process, you acknowledge and agree that Nitin Farkya may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to Users generally at its sole discretion, without any prior notice. You may also stop using the Services at any point of time without any prior notice to Nitin Farkya.

You acknowledge and agree that if Nitin Farkya disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

Nitin Farkya reserves the right to delete User information stored in its account. Alternately, a User may notify Nitin Farkya if they do not wish that we retain or use the personal information by contacting us at nitinarkya0248@gmail.com

However, in such a case, we may not be able to provide you some or all of our Services.

Refund Policy

This clause is applicable only for receivers / sellers who are registered users of Nitin Farkya (Nitin Farkya).

For Buyer / Sender / Individual

The charges for services rendered by Nitin Farkya are on PAY PER USE basis! The charges are clearly mentioned at the time of onboarding/billing & prior of your making the payment. By making the payment, you are confirming that you are comfortable with our charges. All the Payments once made are Non-Refundable, even if the services have not been fully rendered by us/fully utilized by you. In case of any error of payment, or wrong bill or overcharge, or double charge, payment failure, etc. you may contact our support through nitinfarkya0248@gmail.com

For Seller/ Receiver/ Merchant

A transaction may be reversed or charged back to your account if it is disputed by the buyer, reversed for any reason by the Network, deemed to be fraudulent, deemed to be in violation of any law / regulation, or we have any reason to believe that the transaction was not completed in good faith.

For any transaction that results in a chargeback, Nitin Farkya may withhold the transaction amount from your account. If your account has any pending resolution of any chargebacks, Nitin Farkya has the discretion to delay your next payout(s). Nitin Farkya reserves the right to withhold from your account the amount of one or more transactions if it believes that there is a significantly increased risk of a chargeback occurring on these transactions. Nitin Farkya may also charge you a fee for each refund, or chargeback, or dispute incurred.
